I am a very “choosy” eater. Some people call me “picky”, but I prefer “choosy.” I am, on occasion, willing to try some foods I’ve never had before and probably (pretty sure) won’t like. So, I’m choosy about what I put in my mouth. Since I am new to Louisiana you can assume some things have shown up on my plate that I have never even though about eating before… Last night it was FROG LEGS!! I was scared. But, so many people in Shreveport and Bossier have told me they LOVE frog legs, and if that many people LOVE something then it can’t be that bad, right??
Well, the verdict is in. I ate the legs. They were great! They taste kinda like chicken and kinda like shrimp… at least that’s my best description. I posted some before and after photos below, and an action shot!
Now I can’t wait to find out what’s next for my plate!
